Dressed for Death – A Drew Farthering Mystery
By Julianna Deering
Drew and his wife Madeline enter Winteroak House ready
for an entertaining Regency-era house party.
Excited to meet his friend Tal’s fiancé, Alice, Drew and Madeline are
shocked to learn that Alice is dead from an apparent drug overdose. Tal is convinced that Alice would never have
taken drugs, and insists that she was murdered.
When a servant also turns up dead, Drew fears for Madeline’s
safety. Determined to help her husband, Madeline
refuses to leave the estate and the 2 set out to help the police solve the
mystery of the murders. Will Drew believe
the truth he discovers? And can Drew keep
his lovely wife from becoming the next victim?
This is my first Drew Fathering mystery. I really enjoyed this book. The plot was intriguing and kept me guessing
throughout the book. I never suspected
the ultimate culprit! Whether this is
your first or 4th Drew Fathering book, you will love it. I give this book an A: fun, engaging, clean
murder mystery.
I received a free copy of this book from Bethany House
Publishers in exchange for my honest review.
